FAQ

What it’s like to work with Digi.

Short version: a consultation and a written scope first, you own every account, your ad budget goes to the platforms, and each channel is judged on its honest timeline.

Getting started

How does an engagement with Digi begin?

With a consultation, not a contract. We learn your market, current numbers and where growth is stuck, then propose a written scope built around the channels most likely to move first. You know exactly what we plan to do, why, and what it costs before anything is signed.

What do the first 30 days look like?

Foundations: access, conversion tracking and the first work going live. We audit what exists, set up tracking so every later result is measurable, and launch the fastest-signal items in scope, usually paid search or Business Profile fixes, while slower work like SEO gets its plan.

What do you need from us?

Admin or manager access to the accounts in scope (ad accounts, Business Profile, website, analytics, CRM), a kickoff call, and whatever you know about job value or gross per unit and close rate. If you don’t know those numbers yet, establishing them is part of the early work.

Money

How is pricing structured?

Per engagement, based on the work involved, not a one-size package. You get a specific number for a specific scope, in writing, before anything starts.

Does my ad budget go to you or to the platforms?

To the platforms, from accounts you own. Our fee is separate and stated separately, so you always see media spend versus management.

How quickly should I expect results?

Paid media produces signal in days and finds its footing in the first month or two. Business Profile improvements often show in weeks. SEO and AEO start slower and then compound. The published 12× dealership result came from months of optimization, not week one.

Working together

What does reporting include?

A monthly report built around leads, appointments and revenue: what was spent, what it produced, what we changed and what happens next, in plain language. Between reports we aim to reply the same business day.

Who owns the accounts, website and creative?

You do, always. We build in accounts you own, and websites live on your domain and hosting.

What happens if I want to leave?

You keep everything and leave with it working. Offboarding is a handover of documentation and access, not a negotiation.

Where does AI fit in, and does it replace people?

MiOSbot, the open-source AI operator our founder built, runs the routine work: monitoring, reporting, follow-up drafts and CRM hygiene. People set strategy and approve anything customer-facing. AI takes the mindless tasks; it doesn’t replace anyone’s job.

Channels & fit

Do I still need SEO if my ads are working?

Working ads are a reason to add SEO. Paid rents attention; SEO builds an asset that lowers your blended cost per lead, and your ad data shows exactly which searches convert.

What is AEO?

AI engine optimization: making your business the answer AI assistants and AI search results give. It means structuring your site around real customer questions, answering them directly and using structured data.

Which industries do you work with?

Mostly automotive dealers and groups, and B2B and service companies: professional and healthcare practices, construction and trades, waste management, hospitality and B2B service providers.

Who is behind Digi?

Charles “CW” Warren, a former dealership GM and automotive-group VP who founded Digi, built MiOSbot and is Operator at Apex AI. Digi is based in Annapolis, Maryland.
